  1. Would love for you to join my program at I created a 3 month plan in which I lost 66 pounds. It is not a diet, it is

healthy eating and exercising. The complete website and training is all for FREE. Please check it out and please join us moms in getting our

    bodies back in shape.

    Fitdad coming soon…

  2. Whats up this is somewhat of off topic but I was wondering if blogs use WYSIWYG editors or if you have to manually
code with HTML. I’m starting a blog soon but have no coding experience so I wanted to get advice from someone with experience. Any help would be enormously appreciated!

  3. Hi Frank

I came across your name when I did a google search on cycling and weight loss-

Just wanted to say ‘well done’ on your achievements and keep it up!

I wanted to take up cycling for fun and lose some weight too. I was wondering whether you could give some advice – mountain v road v hybrid bikes.

I’m leaning towards a hybrid bike so that I can use it in parks and roads etc.

    Well done again!
