    bodies back in shape.

  2. Whats up this is somewhat of off topic but I was wondering if blogs use WYSIWYG editors or if you have to manually
code with HTML. I’m starting a blog soon but have no coding experience so I wanted to get advice from someone with experience. Any help would be enormously appreciated!

  3. Hi Frank

I came across your name when I did a google search on cycling and weight loss- http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/health/7953197.stm.

Just wanted to say ‘well done’ on your achievements and keep it up!

I wanted to take up cycling for fun and lose some weight too. I was wondering whether you could give some advice – mountain v road v hybrid bikes.

I’m leaning towards a hybrid bike so that I can use it in parks and roads etc.

    Well done again!

    Abu
